		a note from me (MG): Okay... Go vote again.   I promised an update in return for eligible Americans getting out there to vote. (Totally not a bribe. 'Cause of the...thing. It's just not.)   I am now making good on that promise by offering you (meaning everyone, including those outside the U.S. and/or under 18) another chance to vote. This may prove equally divisive an election as that other one... but I seriously doubt it, seeing as how it's kinda meaningless.   How meaningless? Well, I did think of it long before those stupid CSI ads had me repeatedly trying to hold my breath for over 37 seconds, but I was still feeling a bit dizzy when I decided to make it the actual update for tonight.   I'm asking you to pick out a new official slogan/catchphrase/thingy for this site. Okay, we never had an old official slogan/catchphrase/thingy. But that didn't stop my crack staff from coming up with pages of possible new ones. I'll be putting up the options in groups starting with this poll. You guys pick your favorite in each group, then we'll have a face-off between all the winners to determine the super-winner. And to be fair, I'll even include some that I'd just as well didn't win. My fate is in your hands, and I trust you with it. So go vote, and we can get started.   And hey, if you still need to work out some of the post-election blues, go see The Incredibles. Updates: 12/21- Whoops. Lost track of time, there. Better hurry up and get Round 4 underway. Results of Round 3 are final. I think I was supposed to say something about horses, but I can't remember what it was. So nevermind. And by the way: tick tick 12/3- Round 3 of "Choose a new slogan/ catchphrase/ thingy" is up. A couple of changes, there. 1) No more text ads (or any ads) on the poll. 2) The poll opens in a new window. If the new poll system gives you any trouble, I know you know how to scream in horror. Results of Round 2 have been posted, if you're curious. 12/2- It's late (or early, really). I probably shouldn't have even started an update tonight, 'cause I'm exhausted and need to get up in the morning. All the same... Have a couple of long-postponed desktops. I'll put up the Round 3 of the catchphrase vote tomorrow / tonight / whenever that next time is that it gets dark again.
