GB's Shiny Coasters
Okay, so you could technically make a mirrored coaster with any ReBoot character on it. But shouldn't that honor really belong to the shiniest of the shiny? Of course it should.

YOU'LL NEED:

  • a 3" x 3" piece of mirror
  • a 3" x 3" piece of clear, thin, rigid plastic
  • a fine-point black paint pen
  • ¼" wide copper foil tape (look near the stained glass supplies at the craft store)
  • four self-stick felt pads
  • a printed copy of this pattern

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Print out the Glitch Bob pattern. Place your 3" by 3" piece of plastic on top of the pattern, and use the paint pen to copy all of the pattern's black areas onto the plastic. Let dry.

2. Place the plastic (paint side down) on top of the mirror. Use copper foil tape along the edges to hold the two pieces together. Fold any extra copper tape onto the top and bottom of the coaster to form a thin border.

3. Stick a felt pad onto each corner of the back of the coaster.

Green dots: a complete coincidence.

4. Repeat Steps 1-3 as desired to create a whole stack of coasters. Let Glitch Bob defend your coffee table's finish from moisture. (It's not like he's got anything else to do.)

Remind me not to design anything else that involves taking a picture of a mirror.
